Project brief: Create a web portfolio of Theresa Elvin's Shetland photography, include a guestbook to allow visitors to leave comments about the photos and a facility to allow visitors to purchase gifts featuring the photographs via Theresa's Redbubble online shop.

Spiritual Shetland also includes a Business Directory that is free to all Shetland companies.

Site updates are provided through dedicated Facebook and Twitter pages to keep visitors updated of new photos.

CV Creator

Project brief: Create a web-based CV creator to be used by all students within the college.

Description: Provides the students with that all important CV to start their career. The students input their personal, education and work experience details then they export their CV to MS Word anytime they need to apply for a job.

Students have full access to allow them to update and print their CV for years to come, long after they have left the college.

Project brief: Create a system to allow the careers department to track the progress of students during the work experience programme..

Description: The Work Experience Tracker records the students progress from making choices to selection and contracts. It records staff visits and provides the facility to recall previous years data to give a full history of placements and builds up a database of participating companies for future placements.

Project brief: Create a facility to allow users to log service requests to the site management team and to be able to monitor the progress of requests.

Description: The Servicedesk provides a single point of contact for users to log service requests to the site management team. Includes call updates via email, scheduled calls and current service status information.
